MODE OF ACTION

Sulfamethoxazole is a sulfonamide antibiotic that limits the growth of bacteria.sulfonamides inhibits synthesis of folic acid Important to bacterial DNA synthesis.

Trimethoprim works by starving the bacteria of nucleotides necessary for DNA replication.

Composition

• Each uncoated bolus contains:
• Sulphamethaxazole IP - 2gm
• Trimethoprime IP - 400mg
• Excipients qs

Indication:

H.S,B.Q.Enterotoxaemia;Mastitis, Infectious keratitis,poly arthritis,foot rot Necrotic Rhinitis,Toxoplasmosis Respiratory G.I tract,Urogental tract infections.

Dosage:

2-4 Bolus for 3-5 Days Or as directed by the Veterinarian.

PRECAUTIONS:

Do not use in Pregnant or During animals Animal Undergoing Treatment should have free access to plenty of water.

Presentation:

6 Blisters of 5 Bolus each.
