Meloxicam Injection

• Each ml contains:
• Meloxicam B P : 5 mg
• Benzyl Alcohol I P (As preservative) : 1.5% v/v

Indications

It is a non steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, which selectively inhibits cox-2 enzyme and has no side effects. It is used to reduce the inflammatory muscular pain and fever. Along with antibiotic, it is useful for the treatment of PNEUMONIA, bronchopneumonia, SPRAIN, ARTHRITIS, MASTITIS, prolapsed of Uterus and otitis.

Dosage

By I/M, I/V, S/C route for pneumonia or prolapsed of uterus.
30 ml for 300 kg, Body weight
In other conditions:
15 ml for 300 kg body weight it is to be repeated daily or as directed by the veterinarian.
