ABKACIN

Amikacin Sulphate Injection IP

• Each ml contains:
• Amikacin Sulphate IP
• Equivalent to Amikacin IP 250 mg
• Methyl Paraben (As Preservative) IP 0.18% w/v
• Propyl Paraben (As Preservative) IP 0.02% w/v

Indications For Use

• For treatment of the following conditions in dogs: Genitourinary tract infections (cystitis) caused by susceptible strains of Escherichia coli and proteus sp.
• Skin and Soft tissue infections caused by susceptible strains of pseudomonas sp. and Escherichia coli.

Route Of Administration

Subcutaneous or intramuscular Injection

Dosage

10 mg per kg twice daily

Excipients

Disodium edentate IP, Sodium metabisulphite IP
